Meet the team
Bruce
Bruce is an experienced industry professional with over 10 years of corporate domain name management to his name. Bruce has worked with a broad spectrum of FTSE 250 companies and has been involved in multiple suffix launches, technical and strategic policy creation and implementation, as well as advising on the domain aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions and company rebranding projects.
Bruce’s favourite holiday was a trip to the Bahamas, his first pet was called ‘Dusty’, and he has completed the London Marathon

Allison
Allison has worked as a Corporate Sales Manager for NetNames USA for the last two and a half years. She has lived in NYC and worked in outside sales for the last six years.
Allison loves to travel for work and for play, and is planning two fun trips at the moment, one to Spain and the other to Eastern Europe. Allison has also appeared on the cover of the New York Times as an interviewee for a city project.

Lucie
Lucie has spent nearly nine years at NetNames developing extensive experience and knowledge in both the domain name and online brand protection fields. Lucie has held various customer service and sales roles within the group, leading to her current position as Head of Account Management where she supports a team of account managers and administrators.
Lucie’s favourite film is ‘Grease’, she loves to travel, and she misses her first pet, the originally named ‘Hammy the Hamster’.

Lars
Before joining NetNames three years ago, Lars held a series of marketing, product management and sales roles for various companies in Denmark. Lars is now the Sales Director for the group of NetNames offices in the Nordics – Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Lars’ favourite holiday destination is Italy and his one and only pet was a dog called ‘Roadkill’.

Luge
Luge joined NetNames as a fresh faced 26 year old having worked previously at Virgin Retail. Initially he was tasked with handling previously ignored and unusual ccTLD renewals as part of the Registrations team. In 2001 after an impressive first year with the company he was given responsibility for the newly created NetNames Renewals team which was quickly expanded as demand for their services grew.
Less than a year later the team was expanded to take in the Registrations area of the business and Luge became the manager in charge. Later in 2002 the NetNames Platinum Service offering was launched and this team took on the responsibility for transferring existing customers to the new flagship product. As part of this offering Luge created the process that we now know as NetNames Acquisitions.
In 2005 after passing the DENIC exam, and a year of running some of the largest and most important portfolios of Platinum clients, Luge was seconded to the NetNames New York office for six months. In 2007 after the company decided to restructure the USA operation, Luge was asked to head up the New York office.
Luge spends his spare time obsessing about bands and going to live concerts, watching his beloved Manchester United and admiring the Wayne Rooney portrait on his office wall. Luge also loves to spend time with his American wife.
Andy
Andy is in his fourth year as an Account Manager at NetNames. Andy has worked with Fortune 500 companies on developing risk mitigation strategies, as well as intellectual property expansion and infringement.
Andy is an avid New York sports fan, and dreams of one day being on "Iron Chef" against Bobby Flay.

Patricia
Patricia has worked for NetNames for over eight years. She is currently a Corporate Sales Manager in one of the NetNames French offices. Before joining NetNames Patricia had a number of roles in marketing, including previous roles within the domain name industry.
Patricia has a much-loved cat called Pirate.
Patricia works in our Sophia-Antipolis office.
Ben
Ben Anderson is Domain Operations Manager at Group NBT overseeing both product and fulfilment for all Group NBT brands.
An industry recognised expert on domain practice and operations he is currently seated on various domain and compliance bodies for both ICANN and INTA. He is an active member of many of the large TLD operators and is often called upon to provide advice to them.
Ben has a wealth of experience at the sharp-end of setting up and managing domain Registries and Registrars.
Ben works in our London and Copenhagen offices.
Rob
Rob is Registry Relations Manager at Group NBT and is one of the company’s long standing experts, having joined the company in 1996. Rob’s role has primarily been focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with the gTLD and ccTLD domain registries and associated technology and solution providers.
Rob’s depth of knowledge on domain issues, domain registration requirements, and registry processes is unparalleled and his expertise in simplifying domain transaction processes and reducing costs of operation are key components in new gTLD applications.
Rob is a recognised expert in the operational aspects of effective Registrar/Registry relations and regularly participates in events about domain issues, such as the developments of the new gTLDs. Rob is involved in various industry groups on domain issues including the ICANN Registrar Stakeholders Group and the .EU Technical Reference Panel.
Rob’s first pet was a Border Collie called ‘Mick’ and his favourite holiday memories include sunny Summer trips to the Fife countryside (Scotland) as a teenager.

Stephane
Stephane is co-founder and General Manager of Indom, part of the Group NBT family of companies and a world recognised expert in the field of domain names and Internet governance; he also heads up Group NBT’s Domain Operations.
Stephane was a board member for the French registry AFNIC from 2004 to 2010. He was elected treasurer of ICANN’s Registrar Stakeholder Group in 2008, and that group’s European representative on the Generic Names Supporting Organisation (GNSO) council that same year. He was elected Vice Chair of the GNSO in 2009 and now serves as Chair of the Council, ICANN’s policy making body for generic Top Level Domains such as .com.
Stephane works in our Paris office.
Tom
Tom has worked at NetNames for seven years. He started life in the company within the Fulfilment Department, before transferring to the Account Management division. Tom now holds a role as Strategic Account Manager.
Tom qualified with a Major in Accounting and Finance. He is a keen Squash and Golf player and he dreams one day of owning a bar on a beach in the Caribbean.
Tom works in our London office.
Immacolata
Immacolata has been an employee of NetNames for two and a half years. As the Office Manager and Account Administrator, Imma remains an integral part of our Group NBT team.
Imma has a fondness for travelling. She has recently returned from a trip to Thailand, she has worked in the UK, and has travelled through Ireland.
Imma speaks fluent German and English. Her favourite film is ‘Love Actually’.
Imma works in our Munich office.
Andrew
Andrew is a newcomer to the NetNames team – having joined the company six months ago. He worked within the Media Monitoring Industry before joining NetNames, earning various accolades in the process.
Andrew is a philanthropist at heart, donating to many local NYC charities. His favourite holiday was a trip to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico (where he will one day retire), his favourite book is ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ and his favourite film is ‘Adaptation’.

Andy
Andy is Head of Products at Group NBT. An experienced product professional, Andy has spent 20 years in the fields of reputational and brand risk, IT security and knowledge management. His responsibilities include direction of Group NBT’s product development, leading Group NBT’s new gTLD programme, management of strategic alliances and technology trending on brand and domain related issues.
With years spent working with leading brands on mitigation of brand and domain risk, Andy joined Group NBT to apply his knowledge and experience in the field of brand management to customers determined to protect their brands online.
Andy has travelled the world extensively through various work, he loves spending time with his wife and family and he is “still waiting for his 15 minutes of fame”!

Sarah
Sarah is a recent addition to our Account Administration team.
She has spent the majority of the last four years abroad, working in Europe, studying in the Middle East, and volunteering in Africa. Her professional ventures range from interning at the United States Embassy in Switzerland, managing a horse farm in France, and working for environmental conservation and women’s health in Guinea.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys visiting museums and running in Central Park.
