It’s a knockout for boxer’s domain name
The boxer Mike Tyson recently submitted a complaint to WIPO asserting legal rights over a disputed domain name miketyson.com.
Tyson submitted the complaint on 15 October 2011 stating that the domain was confusingly similar to his “Mike Tyson” trademark. He also complained that the domain was used in bad faith.
Acting as referee, WIPO has awarded the domain to the fighter. Round one (of one) to Tyson.
